      • Essential:<\/b> Minimum 13 years of relevant Portfolio Management experience (2 years recent).
        <\/li>
      • Analytical Leadership:<\/b> Proven ability to define problems, lead surveys, and recommend solutions.
        <\/li>
      • Strategic Expertise:<\/b> Extensive experience in program management and acquisition strategies.
        <\/li>
      • Top Education:<\/b> Master's degree in a related field from a recognized institution.
        <\/li>
      • Security Clearance:<\/b> Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required
