Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Track, coordinate, and manage the Innovation Accelerator Product Portfolio.
- Serve as the point person for tracking and managing a portfolio of product initiatives in various development stages.
- Create executive presentations to relay progress and recommendations across the portfolio.
- Engage with the broader organization to ensure coordination and support for product launches.
- Ensure cohesion across the Innovation Accelerator product initiatives for a platform approach.
- Develop and manage the Grid Edge AMI 2.0 Strategy in partnership with the Customer Organization.
- Lead the strategy for AMI 2.0 innovation in partnership with the Customer organization.
- Identify value in an AMI 2.0 system and create business cases for these initiatives.
- Drive key strategic initiatives and support the Grid Edge AMI 2.0 Strategy.
- Form a Grid Edge Consortium between utilities, meter vendors, and device providers.
- Act as a key stakeholder in Strategy & Innovation work with a focus on customer electrification, load management, and AMI 2.0.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 8 years of job-related experience in energy, products, strategy, or finance.
- Experience with strategy, business case creation and approval, and management of a portfolio of solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience inside and outside of the utility industry.
- Experience with Distributed Energy Resources, consumer energy products, or product development.
- Experience leading cross-cutting programs or technology deployments.
- Chief of staff or management experience.
- Bias toward action, concise, and passionate.
- Strong ability to ideate both linearly and non-linearly.
- Capable of removing barriers to product and project progression autonomously.
- Empathic and curious, with the ability to drive towards shared outcomes.
