At Executive Electronics of Southwest Florida, Inc., we design and install world-class, high-end low voltage systems—from luxury home automation and custom home theaters to enterprise-grade networking and security. We pride ourselves on precision, aesthetics, and white-glove service. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate who shares our passion for organization, detail, and excellence to help manage our central hub.
This isn’t your average bulk logistics warehouse. You will be responsible for managing high-value, sophisticated technology inventory (think Control4, Lutron, premium audio, and high-end networking gear). You’ll ensure our field technicians and project managers have exactly what they need, precisely when they need it, for flawless execution on-site.
Inventory Mastery: Receive, inspect, log, and organize high-value electronic components and equipment with meticulous accuracy.
Staging: Pre-stage equipment for specific custom integration projects.
Logistics & Shipping: Handle inbound/outbound shipments, track deliveries, and manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes with manufacturers.
Fleet & Tools Management: Maintain company tools, track vehicle maintenance schedules, and keep the warehouse immaculate and organized.
Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers and purchasing teams to flag inventory discrepancies or delays before they impact a job.
Experience: 2+ years of warehouse or inventory management experience (experience in low-voltage, AV, electrical, or construction logistics is a huge plus).
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using inventory management software, barcodes, and standard office tech.
Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for part numbers, serial numbers, and quality control—small details matter in custom integration.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate basic warehouse equipment, and remain active throughout the day.
Reliability: A proactive self-starter who takes pride in owning their space and keeping it organized.
