What You’ll Do

  • Execute and follow the dealership’s proven sales process

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, vehicle presentation, delivery, and follow-up

  • Professionally present and demonstrate Toyota vehicles and features

  • Monitor, review, and manage daily inventory reports

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and personal performance

  • Collaborate with sales leadership on monthly goals and performance plans

  • Maintain dealership standards for CSI, gross average, and monthly unit volume

  • Stay current on Toyota products, certifications, and market trends

  • Effectively utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and pipelines


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven automotive sales experience (Toyota experience strongly preferred)

  • Prior sales training and a strong track record of success

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

  • Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented mindset

  • Familiarity with CRM software
