Job description:
Swimming Pool Repair Technician (3+ Years Experience Required)
Location: Based in Central Florida
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (with occasional 5th day or Saturday, if needed)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Starting at $50,000/yr, paid hourly (Based on Experience)

must be willing and able to travel with a trainer during the initial training period.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in swimming pool equipment repair and diagnostics
- In-depth knowledge of new and old equipment brands (Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, etc.)
- Strong understanding of pool chemistry
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and office staff
- Must be able to work independently
- Clean driving record (background check required)
Duties (Experience with
ALL is Required)
- Diagnosing in-ground pool/spa systems
- Installing/replacing pumps, motors, valves, and plumbing
- Heater and heat pump installation and troubleshooting
- Salt chlorination system repair and diagnostics
- Automation systems (install and troubleshoot)
- Drain & cleans, acid washes, and post-renovation start-ups
- Installation and diagnostics of LED, incandescent, and nicheless lighting
