Total Pest Control is growing, and we're hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to drive new business, close deals, and help homeowners protect their properties.

Typical earnings: $70,000 – $140,000+

What You'll Do
Sell pest control services, treatments, and service plans
Participate in mandatory daily correlation meetings and training.
Proactively contribute insights and solutions to team discussions.
Execute assigned tasks precisely, meeting quality and performance standards.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain operations and achieve goals.
Educate customers on prevention and protection solutions
Overcome objections and close sales confidently
Build long-term relationships to drive renewals and referrals
What We're Looking For
Required
Previous sales experience required (preferably 90+ days of real sales exposure)
Must have reliable personal transportation (car) - required for daily territory coverage and independence in the field
Must be capable of making 5 sales/week and knock 80 doors/day
Willing to work Full-Time (at least 6 hours/day)
Must have at least 30 days of financial runway
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in field sales / outside sales environments
