Mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle is looking for a driven and experiencedAutomotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you're self-motivated, passionate about sales, and have a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads via phone, email, text, and chat to schedule appointments
  • Conduct in-person vehicle demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits
  • Accurately input customer information and activity into CRM for proper follow-up
  • Maintain communication and follow-up with clients using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Center (BDC) and management team
  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Support clients through the entire sales process, including financing and final delivery
  • Utilize both traditional and modern communication methods to drive sales

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous sales experience (automotive preferred)
  • Strong customer service background and understanding of CSI expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
