Earning Potential: $70,000 to $100,000+
Job Type: Full-time, in-person.
What You’ll Do:
· Handle incoming internet leads and inbound phone calls with professionalism and urgency
· Connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right next step through email, calls, text and video
· Consistently follow up to build relationships and create opportunities
· Stay focused on activity, performance goals, and delivering a great customer experience
· Contribute to a positive, team-first dealership environment
What We’re Looking For:
· Automotive sales or BDC experience required
· Strong communication skills
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
· Positive, confident, and high-energy presence
· Team player who wants to grow and win with the group
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening
