Seeking an Experienced Retail Sales Agronomist to join a growing agronomic company. Key Responsibilities:
- Make fertilizer, chemical, and seed recommendations to growers
- Collaborate with other agronomists on daily tasks
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals
- Forecast supply needs monthly and annually
- Perform agronomic duties independently
- Stay current on agronomy services and technology
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of retail agronomy sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an agricultural field
- Strong knowledge of crop production
- Leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams
- Residency in the region and valid U.S. driver’s license
