ServiceMaster Premier Restoration Services is seeking a motivated, Experienced Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Suffolk VA. If you're dependable, take pride in your work, and have experience in water, fire, mold, or specialty cleaning, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview

Provides emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to customers following assigned work orders provided by the Project Manager.

What You'll Do

• Perform water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed by supervisor to include water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction and demolition
• Lead/Train general restoration technicians.
• Extract water and set up drying equipment
• Perform demolition and contents handling as needed
• Complete mold remediation following industry standards
• Clean and sanitize affected structures
• Monitor drying equipment and document job progress
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and a clean work environment
• Follow IICRC standards and all safety protocols

Qualifications

• Previous restoration or construction experience required
• IICRC Certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, OCT, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to rotate on an emergency after-hours on-call schedule
• Active and Valid drivers license and clean driving record (no DUI,DWI, or reckless driving within the past 5 years)
• Must be able to pass background check to company policies.
