Salary Range: $52000.00 - $68000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and foster customer loyalty.
Handle guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high food quality and menu standards.
Assist in scheduling, staff development, and performance management.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management.
Proven track record of successfully managing staff, operations, and P&L.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of food and beverage, inventory management, and cost control.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with restaurant POS systems (TOAST and Spot On current systems) and relevant software.
A passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
ServSafe certification or equivalent (preferred).
