What You'll Do:
Perform residential HVAC diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and customer education while delivering high-quality service in the field. You will represent the company professionally, build trust with homeowners, and provide honest recommendations focused on long-term customer satisfaction rather than aggressive sales tactics.
What You Bring:
• Residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Mechanical aptitude and safe tool usage
• Strong customer communication skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship and continued skill development
Schedule:
• Monday-Friday, typically 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
• Rotating on-call schedule as needed
