Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying and selling residential properties
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings
- Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions and property values
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills as a collaborative team player
- Show a willingness to learn and continuously improve industry knowledge and skills
- Exhibit self-motivation and initiative as a self-starter
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in G-Suite and real estate software applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices preferred
