  • Manage and convert a pipeline of company-provided leads alongside your existing sphere
  • Run buyer and seller consultations, negotiations, and closings at a high level
  • Leverage the team's marketing infrastructure to serve clients more effectively
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and client communication in the team CRM
  • Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced team members
  • Uphold the team's reputation for professionalism and client service
  • Contribute to team culture, strategy discussions, and ongoing improvement

Qualifications

• Active real estate license (required)

• Demonstrated history of closed transactions

• Strong command of contracts, negotiation, and the transaction process

• Able to work independently while thriving in a team environment

• Coachable mindset — experienced but always growing

• Comfortable transitioning from a solo model to a team-based structure

• Existing book of business or referral network is a plus
