Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Jacksonville area.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions.
• Develop and maintain a network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts.
• Prepare and present detailed property listings and marketing materials.
• Stay updated on local real estate trends, zoning laws, and financing options.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Real Estate License
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a licensed real estate agent
• Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of the Jacksonville, FL real estate market and local neighborhoods
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
