Grandview Medical Center - Birmingham, Alabama is seeking an experienced and motivated Primary CareNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established outpatient primary care team.
This hospital-employed position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-focused environment while maintaining a predictable outpatient schedule.
Position Highlights:
Join a well-established primary care group in a busy outpatient clinic
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
Traditional outpatient practice with a daytime schedule
Shared call rotation with telephonic-only coverage
Dedicated Medical Assistant assigned to each provider
Shared administrative support staff
Qualifications:
Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active or eligible Alabama licensure
Minimum of 1–2 years of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) experience preferred
Ability to practice independently and manage patients autonomously
Prior experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care required
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality patient care
