Core Responsibilities Leadership & Staff Management : Supervise and lead preschool teachers, aides, and support staff; hire, train, and provide professional development; evaluate staff performance Program Development : Design and implement educational programs aligned with national, state, and local standards; set learning goals and maintain instructional excellence Daily Operations : Oversee daily activities, ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment, and maintain facility cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations Budget & Resources : Prepare budgets, allocate funds, manage supplies, and control costs Parent & Community Engagement : Communicate with parents/guardians about children's progress, address concerns, and coordinate with community organizations Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to licensing, child protection, and educational standards; act as mandated reporter when required Event & Activity Planning : Organize educational events, field trips, and special activities to support learning Apply Now If You: Qualifications Education : bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, or related field; and state director certification Experience : 3–5 years in early childhood education leadership or teaching; prior administrative or supervisory experience preferred Skills : Leadership, curriculum planning, budget management, regulatory knowledge, communication, and conflict resolution Knowledge of Article 47 We value your experience in daycare or preschool settings and encourage you to apply.
