Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the pre-owned sales department
- Vehicle pricing and inventory control
- Manage vehicle reconditioning and lease returns
- Inventory marketing (digital, direct, and more)
- Desk deals, track gross logs, and ensure timely, compliant paperwork per Pepe standards
- Train, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Build strong relationships with employees and customers
- Drive an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Requirements
- Prior pre-owned management experience (required)
- Used vehicle buying and appraisal experience (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Solid understanding of inventory management
- Proficiency with ADP/CDK, CRM, ACV, vAuto, and related tools
- Results-driven, highly motivated, and energetic
- Flexible schedule availability, including Saturdays
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $125,000–$175,000 per year
