Seeking an experienced powder coating technician to mix, apply, and spray powder coatings using standard equipment.
Responsibilities include setting and monitoring ovens, curing temperatures, and bake times, as well as inspecting coated parts for quality, coverage, finish, and defects.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area and following safety procedures are essential.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of powder coating experience, strong knowledge of prep, colors, textures, and specialty finishes.
Candidate must be able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and be familiar with batch ovens, spray guns, and booths.
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently are important; welding or fabrication skills are a plus.
Schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday, with pay ranging from $25 to $30 per hour based on experience.
Overtime is available.
