Experienced Pool Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pool Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools and spas. Your ability to work independently, diagnose water chemistry issues, and perform minor repairs will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior experience is required.

Duties

• Travel to customer locations to perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Test and balance pool and spa water using industry-standard methods.
• Apply chemicals as needed to maintain water clarity and safety.
• Clean pool surfaces, skimmers, filters, and pumps.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues, reporting or repairing as necessary.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs on pool equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to customers.
• Educate customers on basic pool care and answer service-related questions.
• Ensure the company vehicle is stocked with necessary tools and chemicals.
• Follow all safety protocols when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Other duties as necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of pool systems, water chemistry, and equipment (willing to train the right candidate).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have pool service experience

Compensation will be determined by the individual's experience and skill level.
