We are looking for a charismatic, detail-oriented, self-motivated Estimator who excels in both verbal and written communication. Your role will be pivotal in preparing detailed cost estimates for public works and private construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze blueprints, construction drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for pipeline construction projects.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members across departments to formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Conduct site visits for accurate project cost estimation.
• Prepare comprehensive bids and maintain bid files.
• Develop full-scope estimates, understanding the risks and opportunities in bid documents.
• Strong focus on pipeline methods, with a requirement for proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding pipeline construction techniques.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Three years’ experience in preconstruction/estimating or operations in commercial construction, with a focus on pipeline projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, Planet Bids.
• Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to management, clients, and customers.
• Experience with Public Works and Private projects
