- Convert conversations into signed clients and long-term relationships
- Guide buyers and sellers through the transaction process
- Negotiate effectively to achieve the best results for clients
- Build and market listings using expert pricing, staging, and positioning strategies
- Host open houses that generate opportunities and grow your pipeline
- Participate in weekly coaching, script practice, and team development sessions
- Track performance, communication, and business activity using PLACE Technology
- Work closely with a collaborative, success-driven team
