Experienced Motorcycle Parts Sales

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts & Service Salesperson at Used Bikes Direct located in Grand Prairie, TX. The Parts & Service salesperson will focus on parts & service sales, service writing, customer service and department administrative duties. Previous Lightspeed experience is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities & Focus

· Customers: Increase customer base and create relationships to drive customer loyalty. Follow up on customer leads, quotes, issues using tools such as CRM. Seek high CXI measured via online reviews and other metrics. Strong support of internal customers and stakeholders.

· Sales : Drive sales in parts through multiple channels including retail (in-store), online and wholesale. Drive service sales beginning with unit customers and via other channels such as referrals. Review and maintain gross margin targets.

· Inventory: Maintain a regular inventory count schedule resulting in high inventory accuracy as well as a 5S focused workplace (parts dept, shop). Review inventory records to identify and liquidate aged/obsolete inventory.

· Data Integrity : Ensure correct data entry in Lightspeed and other platforms used, for example validating correct cost and price on products for department reporting to be accurate.

· Purchasing : Place orders regularly for stock items and special orders comparing vendors to obtain the lowest cost and minimizing order errors and overstock.

· Projects: Work on special projects as needed or other job responsibilities as required by supervisor.

Schedule : Tuesday – Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm, Sunday/Monday off.

Compensation:

· $ 40,000 - $ 65,000 Base salary plus commission.
