Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook delicious meals according to our recipes and specifications
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create new and exciting dishes
• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
• Adheres to cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring appropriate storage
• Performs cleaning and sanitizing the cooking surfaces during opening and closing shifts.
• Completes inventory checks and completes food storage logs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook
• Highly skilled and passionate about cooking
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Location: Duluth, 30097

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
