Experienced Leasing Specialist - Full Time

The Lodge at 777 is seeking a motivated, high-energy Leasing Specialist to join a dynamic, customer-focused community in Midwest City, OK. You'll be the face of an exceptional apartment community, turning prospects into residents and residents into long-term members of the Lodge family.

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Drive maximum occupancy and maintain high renewal rates through outstanding leasing performance
• Conduct engaging apartment showings that make prospects fall in love with their future home
• Manage the full leasing cycle — from move-ins and move-outs to lease negotiations and renewals
• Ensure all leasing paperwork and applications are completed accurately and remain current
• Build lasting relationships with residents that create a true sense of community
• Apply your knowledge of industry concepts, practices, and procedures to deliver consistent, professional results

Requirements

1–2 years of apartment leasing experience (required)

A passion for outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations at every turn

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're outgoing, friendly, and people gravitate toward you

A positive, can-do attitude and the drive to be an indispensable part of a winning team

Availability and willingness to work weekends
