What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome prospective residents and provide community tours
• Showcase apartment homes and community amenities
• Assist with leasing and resident retention efforts
• Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and required paperwork
• Answer phones and provide administrative support
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with marketing initiatives and community events
• Coordinate resident concerns and service requests
• Help achieve occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of apartment/multifamily leasing experience REQUIRED
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations REQUIRED
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, Entrata, or similar property management software preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong customer service and resident relations skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, reliable, and motivated to succeed
