Position Overview

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced, energetic Leasing Consultant to join a dynamic apartment community team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating positive experiences for prospective and current residents.

Key Responsibilities

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a vital role in driving occupancy and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and engaging prospective residents in a friendly, professional manner
• Conducting community tours and effectively showcasing apartment homes and amenities
• Managing leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Assisting with the application and leasing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Building strong relationships with current residents and addressing questions or concerns
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of floor plans, pricing, and availability
• Supporting marketing and outreach efforts to attract new residents
• Assisting with general office duties and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or property management experience required
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Outgoing, upbeat personality with excellent communication abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management software is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
