What You'll Do
  • Quote, sell, and bind new personal lines policies (auto, home, and bundled products)
  • Service existing clients — handle renewals, policy changes, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build and manage your own pipeline through agency-provided leads, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Deliver the kind of service that earns five-star reviews and word-of-mouth referrals
  • Represent the agency in the community as a trusted insurance advisor
What We're Looking For
  • Active Property & Casualty license and/or Life license required
  • Life license required within 30 days of hire (we'll support you through the process if needed)
  • 1+ years in insurance sales or account management preferred
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and coachable — you want to grow, and you're willing to put in the work!
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with quoting systems, CRM tools, and a fast-paced day
  • A team player who shows up, follows through, and takes pride in the work
