The Role
This is a concierge-style, consultative approach—not transactional selling.
You’re guiding customers through:
• Smart home solutions
• Security offerings
• Service packages tailored to their needs
The better you are at communication + conversion, the more you earn.
Compensation
- Base pay + uncapped commission
- Most reps: $100K–$150K+
- Top performers earn significantly more
- No cap. No ceiling.
