Experienced HVAC Service Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and mechanical systems across various commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot Heating and AC system issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, and complex repairs
• Conduct field service visits to customer sites to assess system performance and provide timely solutions.
• Repair mechanical equipment with precision, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Utilize brazing tools and techniques for equipment repair or modification when necessary.
• Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs to document work performed and parts used.
• Work closely with our plumbing and boiler service techs

Skills

• Extensive experience with residential HVAC projects.
• Proven background as a service technician with strong mechanical knowledge across HVAC systems (ducted, ductless, duel fuel).
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as multi-meters for electrical troubleshooting.
• Skilled in equipment repair techniques including welding and brazing.
