Position Summary: The Lead HVAC Service Technician is responsible for servicing and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role includes diagnosing system issues, performing repairs and maintenance, ensuring work meets safety and industry standards, and delivering high-quality customer service.

This position also involves mentoring junior technicians, managing service calls efficiently, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day field operation.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some on-call duties and overtime

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
• Certificate from an HVAC Technical School is preferred
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
• NATE Certification preferred
• Experience with Service Titan software is a plus
