Experienced HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician | $30.00 to $37.00 per hour

Depending on experience + monthly performance bonuses

Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm | on-call schedule

What You Will Be Doing:

• Residential and light commercial service, maintenance and repair
• Troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, building comfort, energy efficiency, and related problems
• Consult with customer on repair, upgrades, IAQ equipment and replacement options
• Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations within industry standard hours per repair pricing guide
• Complete all paperwork via Service Titan
• Maintain truck inventory
• Perform equipment installs if needed
• Identify and suggest opportunities for quality and cost improvements

What We Are Looking For:

• 3 + years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal certification
• NATE Certifications - we train
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry compressors up to a five-ton capacity
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• HVAC tech school completion - Desired
