We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of productivity. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of HVAC technicians and ensure they perform their duties to the highest standard. 
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. 
- Ensure that all HVAC systems are installed, maintained, and repaired correctly. 
- Create and maintain a positive working relationship with customers. 
- Develop and manage budgets for HVAC projects. 
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC management. 
- Strong leadership and management skills. 
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components. 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. 
- Ability to develop and manage budgets for HVAC projects. 
Compensation: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
