Key Stylist Responsibilities:- Deliver full-service hair care, including expert cutting, styling, advanced color, chemical services, and perms.
- Ensure all appointments and walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care.
- Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients and taking payments.
- Opening and closing duties.
- Stay inspired and up to date with the latest industry trends and techniques.
- Maintain a pristine personal station and assist with overall salon cleanliness.
What We Require:- Licensure: Active Nevada Cosmetology License (REQUIRED).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a full-service stylist with proven mastery of cutting, color, and chemical texturizing.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in salon POS systems (..Zenoti is a plus) and social media posting.
- Social Skills: Strong communication skills and a team player are a must.
- Schedule: Weekend work required.
