Nesco Resource is hiring a dependable Foam Cutter for a local manufacturing facility in Conover, NC.

Foam Cutter – 1st Shift

Conover, NC
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

This position is responsible for measuring, cutting, and preparing foam materials to meet production specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut foam materials according to work orders and specifications
• Use cutting equipment, hand tools, and measuring devices safely and accurately
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and follow production instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production and assist with additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift, move, and handle foam materials throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
