What You'll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics on BMW, Mini, and Land Rover vehicles
• Diagnose and repair electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Minimize comebacks through thorough testing and attention to detail
• Accurately document inspections, diagnostics, and repair recommendations
• Work closely with a team of skilled professionals in a collaborative environment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of European automotive repair experience
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Strong productivity and efficiency record
• History of low comeback rates and quality workmanship
• Professional, organized, and process-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Commitment to continued learning and professional growth
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• ASE Certifications preferred

Compensation

• $45–$55 per flat-rate hour
• Weekly pay
• Consistent workload and available hours
• Earning potential of $120,000+ annually
