Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries regarding employee benefits programs in a clear and helpful manner.
Provide accurate information about plan details, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
Assist employees with navigating benefits portals and completing necessary forms.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex benefit issues.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Life and Health license required
P&C highly desirable
High school diploma or equivalent required, with a college degree preferred
Previous customer service experience for employee benefits accounts is required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using computers and common office software.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
