About the Role:

Responsibilities May Include:
- Prepare surfaces for painting ensuring a smooth finish.
- Install, repair, and finish drywall, including taping and mudding.
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in drywall finishing.
- Proficient in various drywall taping methods.
- Hand taping and tapping with tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
- Residential interior taping experience.
- Drywall finishing and taping, including sanding, mudding, and texture application
- Dependability and attention to detail.
- Own reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license is a must.
- Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Courteous and Respectful to clients, their property, and our team.
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
- Basic hand tools.
