Experienced Dental Assistant / EFDA-Track Opportunity

Private, relationship-based dental practice – Nashville, TN

We are a non-corporate, single-doctor dental practice looking for an experienced dental assistant who is confident, capable, and ready to be a true clinical partner — not just "extra"

This role is for you if:

You’re comfortable seating crowns, adjusting partials/dentures, and assisting with emergency patients

Clinical Responsibilities:
            •           Chairside assisting in restorative and emergency dentistry
            •           Seating crowns
            •           Adjusting partials and dentures
            •           Managing emergency patients with confidence
            •           Supporting a high-level, conservative dentist and EFDA
            •           Maintaining a smooth, efficient clinical flow



Growth Opportunity (This is BIG):

We are willing to pay for Expanded Function assisting training for the right candidate — allowing you to perform fillings and expand your skill set just like our current EFDA.

Compensation & Benefits:

$26–$34/hour (based on experience)
