Experienced Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other channels
• Provide accurate information about our products and services
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
• Support overall customer satisfaction and loyalty

What You Bring to the Role:

• 2+ years of professional customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable multitasking and using a multi-line phone system
• Quick learner who adapts easily to new tools and tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient with computers and CRM software

Work Schedule:

Five days per week from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Additionally, one Saturday shift every five weeks from 8:00am to 12:00pm is required.

Compensation:

Starting at $19 per hour plus incentives
