Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Location: Conway, AR
Pay Range: $35+/hour (based on experience)
Travel: Up to ~150 miles between job sites

What You'll Be Doing
- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and deliver effective solutions
- Work in large-scale, high-demand environments like manufacturing facilities
- Travel to regional job sites (up to ~150-mile radius)
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients professionally
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 2 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
- EPA Universal 608 certification
- HVAC technical school training (preferred)
- NATE certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills and team mindset
