Camden Valley Mechanical, LLC is a locally rooted building construction company based out of Shushan, NY, proudly serving our community and the surrounding region within approximately a 15–20 mile radius, primarily throughout New York State. We specialize in both residential and commercial services, and we've built our reputation on excellent design, precision workmanship, and an unwavering commitment to exceeding customer expectations. The work we do includes, but is not limited to:

• All aspects of carpentry work
• New construction
• Complete remodels
• Window replacement
• Trim work
• Siding

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with all aspects of carpentry
• Verifiable references demonstrating your skills and work history
• Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently when the situation calls for it
• Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites
• Must be prepared and equipped to work outdoors extensively in all conditions
• Comfortable working at heights and with the regular use of ladders
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Personal tools are a plus, but not required

Position Type: Full-time, seasonal — with the opportunity for continued year-round employment for the right candidates

Benefits:

• Paid time off, available after the completion of a trial period

Compensation: $20–$27/hour, based on experience and craftsmanship.
