Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or high-volume bar
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service
Create and manage schedules for kitchen staff
Prepare weekly shopping lists
Track and maintain kitchen inventory
Step in to cook during busy periods or when coverage is needed
Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper food safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Support and communicate effectively with the front-of-house team
Requirements:
Previous experience as a kitchen manager, lead cook, or similar role
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices
Ability to manage staff schedules and coordinate workflow
Good organization and inventory management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
