What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles
Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs
Accurately write and document repair estimates
Utilize shop management software and digital inspection tools
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with service advisors and team members
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Deliver quality workmanship with minimal comebacks
What We're Looking For
5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience writing repair estimates
Computer proficient and comfortable using shop software
Excellent communication skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Valid driver's license
ASE certifications are a plus
