Location: Anderson, IN
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $40–$50 per flat-rate hour
Pay Type: Flat Rate

Introduction

We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join a modern independent repair shop. This is an excellent opportunity for an A-Level Automotive Technician or a highly skilled B-Level Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic abilities who is looking to earn top pay while working a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. You'll join a team committed to quality repairs, honesty, and continued professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems.
  • Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics.
  • Complete accurate, high-quality repairs in a timely manner.
  • Utilize modern diagnostic equipment and shop software to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
  • Document repairs and communicate effectively with the team to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • A-Level Automotive Technician experience preferred, or High-Level B-Level Technician with strong diagnostic ability.
  • Experience performing electrical and drivability diagnostics.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair multiple automotive systems.
  • Own a personal set of automotive tools.
  • ASE Certifications preferred, or willingness to earn them.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Flat-rate pay: $40–$50 per flagged hour.
  • Estimated annual earning potential: $85,000–$130,000+ (based on the employer's stated pay plan; actual earnings are not guaranteed).
  • Weekly pay.
