Eastern North Carolina is growing, and so is Pecheles Automotive. We are seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join our Ford and Toyota service teams in Washington, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards.

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.

  • Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify issues.

  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines.

  • Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

  • Successfully complete all assigned Ford and Toyota brand training and career development programs.

 

Qualifications

  • 3–5 Years of Automotive Technician Experience Preferred

  • Ford, Toyota, or Previous Dealership Experience Preferred

  • ASE Certifications Preferred (Not Required)

  • NC State Inspection License Preferred

  • Strong Diagnostic and Repair Skills

  • Ability to Work Effectively in a Team Environment

  • Clean and Valid Driver's License

  • Willingness to Submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen

  • Excellent Attendance and Punctuality

  • Strong Work Ethic and Desire for Continuous Learning
