Richmond Street Automotive is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled, motivated Automotive Technician to join our team in Appleton, WI.

What You’ll Do
As an Automotive Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by:
- Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues
- Performing routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc.)
- Completing more advanced mechanical and electrical repairs
- Communicating clearly with service advisors and team members
- Ensuring every vehicle leaves safe, reliable, and done right the first time
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Passionate about quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Efficient and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and components
- Proficiency with tools and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred:
- ASE certification (or actively working toward it)
Compensation & Benefits
- $30–$36/hour (based on experience)
