We are looking for experienced Service Advisors to join our busy, high-performing Ford service department, located just off I-5 and 38th Street in Tacoma. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated advisor looking for strong earning potential, a busy service drive, and long-term career growth within a stable, family-owned organization.
What We Offer
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $75,000 - $150,000 per year (based on experience, performance, and qualifications) Compensation Structure: Base salary plus performance-based incentives Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan (eligible after 90 days) Paid training Employee discounts PTO: Earn 1.0 hour for every 40 hours worked

What Youll Do

Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in a dealership or independent shop Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Valid drivers license and clean driving record
