About the Role Experienced Associates with our Private Accounting Solutions Practice serve as members of various client service teams to support a variety of clients, including executives, entrepreneurs, and business entities. Experienced Associates receive both formal and on-the-job training to hone and develop their technical accounting skills.What You Can Expect Perform accounting and general ledger functionsPrepare account reconciliations and financial statementsPerform basic accounting research with written conclusionsReceive formal training, on-the-job training, direct feedback from industry leaders, and the opportunity to pursue additional training through internal and external resourcesRequirements 1+ year of relevant experienceBachelor's and/or relevant advanced degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics or related – Preferred)Minimum GPA: 3.0Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesSelf-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentAbility to interact with various levels of client and firm management through both written and verbal communicationProficient use of technologyCompensation and Benefits Our firm offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being, growth, and long-term success of our people. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skill set.Benefits: Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage. Employees may enroll in the firm's 401(k) plan upon hire. We offer 200 hours of paid time off annually, along with twelve paid holidays each calendar year.
