Position Summary:
The Accounting Clerk / Front Office Support role is responsible for handling accounts payable, payroll processing, and general accounting functions while also providing professional front office and administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage Accounts Payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with general accounting functions, including reconciliations and financial record maintenance
- Process payroll using ADP
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and communication
- Provide front office support by greeting guests and visitors professionally
- Answer phone calls and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
- 3–5 years of Accounting Clerk or related experience
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and general accounting procedures
- Experience processing payroll through ADP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a front-office environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
